Sir David Beckham becomes knight in shining armour as he helps injured skier who hit head after fall at exclusive resort.

SIR David Beckham became a woman’s knight in shining armour after she took a tumble on the ski slopes.
The Manchester United and England legend, 50, helped take her skis off and checked her over while on a family holiday in the French Alps.
The British woman fell while skiing with two pals in the exclusive resort of Courchevel last week.
A source said: “David saw the woman hit her head and was worried about her.
“He took her skis off and made sure she was OK – he was a true gentleman.
“David was incredibly lovely, and so was the ski guide with him.”
Dad-of-four Sir David was with his daughter Harper, 14, when the accident happened.
He took up snowboarding after retiring from football in 2013.
Sir David’s getaway is his first family holiday since his son Brooklyn, 26, deepened their rift by issuing a brutal statement about their fallout last month.
He has been a regular in Courchevel with his fashion designer wife Victoria, 51, and their family for many years.
The resort is also popular among royals – with Prince William and Princess Kate enjoying a trip there earlier this year.
