Emma Raducanu Adds Sweet Memories to Her Off-Season London Diaries As She Turns Heads During Rugby Outing

Emma Raducanu recently shared glimpses of how she is spending her time in London during her offseason. She also posted pictures of her outfit while visiting the Allianz Stadium in Twickenham, the home of England Rugby.

Raducanu concluded her 2025 tennis season after competing at the Ningbo Open, where she faced Wild Card Zhu Lin in the first round and lost with a scoreline of 6-3, 4-6, 1-6.

Emma Raducanu Shared Glimpses of Her ‘Weekend’ in London
Following the end of her 2025 season, Raducanu has been enjoying her time away from the tennis court. Earlier this week, she joined the England Rugby Union team for a practice session at the Bagshot training center ahead of their match against the All Blacks, New Zealand’s national rugby team.

The former US Open champion recently took to social media and shared several pictures from her weekend, including her attendance at the match between England and the All Blacks in London. In her posts, she flaunted the outfit she donned for the match and also shared a photo of herself posing with actress Simone Ashley.

Raducanu also shared some pictures from her birthday celebrations. The former World No. 10 celebrated her 23rd birthday on November 13, 2025.

“last of the weekend 🏁,” Raducanu captioned her Instagram post.

Eva Lys complimented Raducanu on her stylish outfits, saying they were going “hard.” In response, the former World No. 10 mentioned that she was still “learning.”

“fits go hard,” Lys commented.

“@eva.lys learning 🐌,” Raducanu replied.

During the 2025 season, Raducanu’s best result was reaching the semifinals at the Citi DC Open, where she lost to eventual runner-up Anna Kalinskaya. She also reached the quarterfinals at the Miami Open and the Queen’s Club Championships before being eliminated by eventual runner-up Jessica Pegula and Zheng Qinwen, respectively.

At the Grand Slam tournaments, Raducanu reached the third round at the 2025 Australian Open, Wimbledon Championships, and the US Open. Her campaign at the French Open ended in the second round.

Raducanu To Begin Her 2026 Season at United Cup
Raducanu will kick off her 2026 season by representing Great Britain at the United Cup. In 2025, Team Great Britain lost 0-3 to the eventual runner-ups, Team Poland, in the quarterfinals.

Next year, the mixed-gender team tournament is scheduled to take place from January 2 to January 11, 2026. The matches will be played across Perth and Sydney at the RAC Arena and the Ken Rosewall Arena, respectively. Speaking about representing Great Britain at the 2026 United Cup, Raducanu said:

“I’m honored to be able to make my United Cup debut in January. Being able to play for Team GB with my teammates is a unique opportunity and a week to enjoy. It’s great to experience a new format on tour, represent my country and spend a couple of extra weeks in Australia.”

The Great Britain team will consist of three men’s players and three women’s players. The four singles players representing the British team will be Raducanu, Jack Draper, Billy Harris, and Mimi Xu. The doubles lineup will feature World No. 1 Lloyd Glasspool and Olivia Nicholls.
