Emma Raducanu sends heartfelt message to partner Carlos Alcaraz

Emma Raducanu has sent a heartfelt note to her US Open partner, Carlos Alcaraz.
The pair teamed up for the revamped US Open mixed doubles but saw a first-round defeat to Jack Draper and Jessica Pegula in straight sets on Tuesday.
Prior to the tournament, Alcaraz was watched by Emma Raducanu earlier this summer at Wimbledon, fuelling rumours of romance.
Raducanu has denied having any kind of romantic relationship with the reigning Wimbledon champion, but national reports continue to suggest that a connection is blossoming between the pair.

Ahead of the tournament in America, the Brit had laughed and said: “I’m glad the internet is having fun.
“[We are simply] just good friends.”
Following the first-round defeat, Raducanu took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message, along with photographs, to Alcaraz.
She said: “De locos! Carlos Alcaraz, gracias partner, had so much fun.”
In the past, Raducanu has been linked to studying at Oxford University after being spotted on a day trip in the city, looking around the colleges.
She ruled this out for the time being last year and said: “I’m very much focused on my professional tennis career.
“Once that’s over, maybe or once I have more disposition or more time, that’s for sure something I would love to explore.
“For now I’m very much focused on the tennis.”
