The Beckhams are taking the high road in their dispute with Brooklyn Beckham.
Victoria and David Beckham are reportedly refusing to engage in a public feud with their son Brooklyn, despite recent comments he made about them on social media.
Brooklyn, 26, has made claims about his parents on Instagram, including an allegation that Victoria danced inappropriately with her son at his wedding to Nicola Peltz.
The Beckhams are said to have decided not to respond publicly to the accusations, choosing to put the dispute behind them and move on.
A source told Reality Tea: “They’ve made a conscious decision – no more public back-and-forth.
“They will not provide oxygen to a fire.”
The insider said that Victoria and David are now focused on their business interests and personal brand, and believe that silence is the best approach.
Meanwhile, another source close to the family suggested that Brooklyn’s actions may be motivated by a desire for attention, saying that he “doesn’t want to step out of the spotlight right now.”
Brooklyn recently claimed that Victoria danced inappropriately with him at his wedding.
It has led to celebrity chef Gordon Ramsey defending Victoria in an interview with The Sun.
He said: “We were there at the wedding.
“There was nothing salacious.
“There was nothing inappropriate.
“Everyone was having fun, having a dance.”
While Brooklyn continues to make headlines with his remarks, sources close to the Beckhams say the couple has drawn a line under the dispute.
The family is now said to be prioritising their professional and personal lives and are determined not to let the conflict play out any further in public.
Brooklyn is the couple’s oldest child.
