Lady Victoria Beckham is reportedly “smug” ahead of getting a “final revenge” on her daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz amid a family feud involving Brooklyn Beckham.
Former England captain and Manchester United footballer, Sir David Beckham, has lived with his wife and former Spice Girl in west Oxfordshire for several years.
Sharing a mansion in the Cotswolds, the couple have embraced the countryside life with Sir David keeping animals such as chickens.
Yet the Daily Mail has been reporting for months that the family have been “torn apart” due to alleged issues with their son, Brooklyn.

He and his wife, Nicola Peltz, have allegedly fallen out with the rest of the clan, according to national reports, and did not attend Sir David’s 50th birthday celebrations earlier this year.
Amid this apparent ongoing drama, Closer magazine now reports that Lady Victoria is “smug” with the fashion icon set to get her “final revenge” on her daughter-in-law.
An insider told the publication: “Getting a knighthood is something that money can’t buy, and Victoria may feel like this is a form of revenge on the Peltzes.
“She feels like she’s had the last laugh, as she and David are now elevated into high royal society.
Nicola’s parents, Nelson and Claudia, may have billions, but Victoria and David now have titles, and that’s priceless.

The insider adds that the key to getting Brooklyn back for Lady Victoria is her own mother, Jackie Adams.
Jackie is the key to healing the rift with Brooklyn,” added the Closer source.
“He still keeps in touch with her and has sent his best wishes to David and Victoria through his grandmother.
“That’s as close as they’ve been in a while. Jackie doesn’t want to push him or make him feel cornered – she believes he’ll find his way back to the family in his own time.”
