Jannik Sinner’s Ex-Girlfriend Played at Wimbledon.

She made a run in the doubles section.

No. 1 seed Jannik Sinner suffered an elbow injury when he slipped and fell during his fourth-round match against Grigor Dimitrov, who eventually retired after suffering a pec injury.

He bounced back and looked no worse for wear as he dominated 10th-seeded American phenom Ben Shelton 7-6 (2), 6-4, 6-4 to make his fourth-straight semifinal – winning two of the three while reaching the final in three straight grand slams.

“When you are in a match with a lot of tension, you try to not think about it,” he said. “It has improved a lot from yesterday to today.” Sinner is preparing for his match against Novak Djokovic on July 11, which brings his name into the headlines.

While fans search his various social media accounts and look for details of his life, they’ll learn he recently split with girlfriend Anna Kalinskaya. “There’s a lot of attention,” Sinner said, via Tennis Up to Date in May. “Also, off the court, I was surprised to see some pictures, which, nothing serious. I’m not in a relationship!”

Kalinskaya is a top-30 player in the world, but suffered an unfortunate loss in the second round of Wimbledon as a singles player. Her best finish in a major title came at the 2024 Australian Open when she made it to the quarterfinals.

She made a much better run in the doubles section as she reached the quarterfinals along with partner Sorana Cirstea. The two have found success in doubles together, previously winning the Mutua Madrid Open earlier this year.

Kalinskaya reached a ranking of No. 11 in the world in 2024, but has struggled during the 2025 season, falling down to No. 28 in the latest world rankings.
