Tennis power couple Katie Boulter and Alex de Minaur keep setting relationship goals. Their love story started over a simple cup of coffee in 2020, and fast forward to December last year, they took to social media to announce their engagement. Their joint post featured a stunning sunrise near De Minaur’s hometown of Alicante, with Boulter showing off an emerald-cut diamond ring.
Since then, the two have been publicly displaying their love on social media, much to the delight of their fans. Now, the British tennis player has once again melted hearts on social media—this time with puppy love.!
Boulter recently shared a series of adorable videos on Instagram, featuring a litter of puppies. In one clip, a puppy was seen napping, while another had the whole group of puppies snuggling together. She captioned the post, “Let me just bless your timeline with some pups🥹🤗.” Her fiancé was quick to jump in with a cheeky comment as well. “How many did you take home?👀” De Minaur wrote, keeping up their playful online exchanges.
The British No.1 player, who already has a golden retriever, is a known dog lover. Last year, she and De Minaur visited the Humane Society of Greater Miami before the Miami Open. The organization helps rescue and shelter animals, and they weren’t the only tennis stars lending a hand. Grigor Dimitrov and Casper Ruud also joined in, with Dimitrov cuddling a Belgian Malinois puppy and Ruud bonding with a white Siberian Husky. “BEST morning ever 🥺🥰,” Boulter wrote, sharing a reel of the heartwarming visit.
While Boulter and De Minaur make a dream team off the court, fans will soon see them partner up on the court as well.

Will Alex de Minaur team up with Katie Boulter for mixed doubles at the US Open?
Alex De Minaur has hinted at teaming up with Katie Boulter for mixed doubles at the US Open. The Australian star spoke about it during his Media Day interview at the Dubai Duty-Free Tennis Championships, revealing his excitement at the possibility. “Me personally, I really enjoy playing mixed doubles, so I think it’s going to be fun to hopefully play some mixed with Katie, which will be exciting,” De Minaur said.
The US Open is making changes to its mixed doubles format this year. The United States Tennis Association (USTA) announced that the event will now take place during its annual Fan Week, rather than the second week of the tournament. The draw will also be shortened to just 16 teams.
Talking about the mixed doubles, Boulter and De Minaur last played mixed doubles together at Wimbledon in 2023. But before they team up in New York, both players are focusing on their singles careers. The World No.8 had a tough outing in Dubai, where he was knocked out in the first round by 2014 US Open champion Marin Cilic. The Croatian veteran rolled back the years to secure a win, leaving the Australian tennis player with an early exit.
Meanwhile, the World No. 26 Boulter has been recovering from a foot injury since the Australian Open. She is reportedly eyeing a return to the WTA Tour next month at Indian Wells.
